Jeff Parker Buck
This deer was harvested on Dec 3, 2007, on the third day of Iowa’s very first shotgun season. With a massive 5 x 5 frame, 27″ of non-typical points, and a net typical score of 176 6/8″, this is one of the very few bucks that make the Boone and Crockett record books both as a typical AND as a non-typical. It was the largest deer taken in Iowa’s entire 2007-2008 deer season in any category. The spread measurement is an outstanding 28 6/8″, and beam lengths are 28″ and 27 2/8″.
