About Antlers by Klaus
Antlers by Klaus was founded by artist and whitetail enthusiast Klaus Lebrecht in northwestern Wisconsin nearly 35 years ago. What began as the pursuit of better taxidermy skills soon became a lifelong specialty when Klaus trained under master taxidermist Joe Meder in Iowa and discovered the art of antler replicas. That introduction shaped the direction of the company and set a standard that still defines Antlers by Klaus today: create reproductions so convincing, so carefully finished, and so true to the original that they stand with the finest wildlife art in the world.
Over the years, that commitment to life-like realism has brought Antlers by Klaus to customers across the country and around the globe. The studio’s work has been trusted by hunters, collectors, outfitters, businesses, and some of the best-known names in the outdoor world. From one-of-a-kind trophy recreations to ready-to-display antler reproductions, the goal has never been volume for its own sake. It has always been quality over quantity, with every piece judged by realism, finish, and long-term display value.
We are humbled by the overwhelming response
we receive around the world from our reproductions…
Today, Klaus, his wife Nola, and their team of craftsmen continue to build each reproduction with the same hands-on approach that established the company’s reputation. Antler reproductions are handcrafted from high-grade materials and finished with close attention to form, color, and detail, because the difference between a good reproduction and a great one is found in the details. That same standard carries through the broader Antlers by Klaus collection, from skins and taxidermy offerings to habitat elements that help create complete wildlife displays.
Customers come to Antlers by Klaus for many reasons. Some want to protect the investment they have in an original trophy. Some want to recreate a lost, stolen, or damaged antler set. Others simply want to enjoy one of nature’s masterpieces in a form that is practical to own, display, and share with family, friends, clients, or guests. Whatever the reason, the mission remains the same: deliver wildlife art that honors the original and gives the customer something they will be proud to display for years to come.
That reputation has been earned one project at a time. Antlers by Klaus works have appeared in wildlife books, magazines, catalogs, and digital media, and the studio’s realism has been praised by customers who say the finished reproductions are nearly impossible to distinguish from the originals. The company is proud to be known not only for the quality of its work, but also for the way it stands behind it. Complete customer satisfaction remains a promise, not a slogan.
