If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Antlers By Klaus product within 30 days of receipt, simply contact us to arrange an exchange or return and refund (less shipping).

All Antlers By Klaus products are insured during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receipt. Retain all original shipping materials, including the box. The freight carrier will need access to the original shipping materials for inspection and return. We will either exchange or repair the item.

There is a 3% service fee on all purchases $2,000 and above paid via a credit card. There is a 6% service fee on all international credit card purchases.
