How would you like this giant to be the very first buck you ever harvested? Well, that is just the case for Dennis Vaudt, in Cherokee Co, Iowa. He first spotted a doe and was taking a bead on her, when antlers came into view at a dead run. He quickly shifted his sights, took aim and fired off two shots. The force of the impact, and the speed of the buck, almost made the deer do a somersault!

The outstanding feature of this buck is his main beams. They are an incredible 28 1/8″ and 29 7/8″. A super trophy for any hunter!
