All items are custom crafted following the receipt of your order. As each Antlers by Klaus reproduction is cast and meticulously hand finished, the process typically takes 4-6 months (sometimes more) to deliver. We will contact you by phone or email to discuss our current lead time after your order has been placed.
Our website utilizes shipping technology to quote the best shipping and handling rate among our many carriers. Most orders ship UPS. Some unique items, usually due to larger sizes, may ask you to call us to place your order so we can discuss different shipping options and costs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Antlers By Klaus product within 30 days of receipt, simply contact us to arrange an exchange or return and refund (less shipping).
All Antlers By Klaus products are insured during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receipt. Retain all original shipping materials, including the box. The freight carrier will need access to the original shipping materials for inspection and return. We will either exchange or repair the item.
