As each Antlers by Klaus reproduction is cast and meticulously hand finished, the process typically takes 4-6 months (sometimes more) to deliver. Our website utilizes shipping technology to quote the best shipping and handling rate among our many carriers. Most orders ship UPS. Some unique items, usually due to larger sizes, may ask you to call us to place your order so we can discuss different shipping options and costs.

All Antlers By Klaus products are insured during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receipt. Retain all original shipping materials, including the box. The freight carrier will need access to the original shipping materials for inspection and return. We will either exchange or repair the item.
